Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Matcha Studio, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and carefully so you can enjoy your matcha without delay. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your items. 

UK Shipping

We aim to ship your product within 2-3 days, we currently ship across the United Kingdom using royal mail. 

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95
      Estimated arrival: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

  • Next-Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.95
      Orders must be placed before 1PM for same-day dispatch.

  • Free Delivery: Automatically applied to orders over £40.

Please note: Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next working day.

International Orders

We’re not offering international shipping through our website at the moment. If you’re based outside the UK and would like a custom shipping quote, email us at support@matchastudio.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands, or other remote regions may take a little longer subject to availability via the royal mail. 


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of matcha as a perishable food item, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used matcha products.

If you change your mind or receive a faulty item, please contact us at contact@matchastudio.co.uk before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or if items are missing from your delivery, please get in touch with our team at contact@matchastudio.co.uk.
All lost parcel claims must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date by emailing contact@matchastudio.co.uk
